Refund & Return Policy

At Cycling Bike, all products are custom-made and printed on demand through our local production partner. Because each item is created specifically for you after purchase, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer-related reasons.

Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Selecting the wrong color or product
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details before completing their purchase.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective item
  • An item with a printing error
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem

Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.


Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

Claims for lost packages must generally be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

After review and confirmation with the shipping carrier and production partner, we may issue a replacement or refund when appropriate.


Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that a package has been delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
  2. Check with household members, neighbors, or building management.
  3. Contact the shipping carrier directly.

Unfortunately, orders marked as delivered by the carrier may not qualify for a refund or replacement.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Orders may incur additional shipping fees if rerouting is possible.
  • Once an order enters production, changes may no longer be possible.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before production begins.

Because production often starts quickly after purchase, cancellation requests are not guaranteed.

Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.


Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing times vary by payment provider but typically appear within 5–10 business days after approval.


Chargebacks

We encourage customers to contact us first regarding any order issues.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may delay resolution and limit our ability to assist with your order.
