Thank you for shopping with us! We partner with Printify and their network of trusted print providers to create each item on demand. This means every order is made specifically for you after your purchase is placed.
Order Processing
All products are made to order.
- Processing time: 2–7 business days
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- During peak seasons, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be longer.
Once your order has been produced and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times begin after production is completed.
United States
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Canada
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
International Orders
- Standard Shipping: 10–30 business days
Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:
- Product type
- Quantity ordered
- Destination
- Shipping method selected
The final shipping cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and tracking link.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Incorrect Address Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address.
- Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.
- Address changes may not be possible once production has begun.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
While we will assist in working with the shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
International Orders
International customers may be responsible for:
- Customs duties
- Import taxes
- VAT fees
- Other country-specific charges
These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
Multiple Packages
Because products may be produced by different Printify print providers, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
